- 6:00 AM – Depart for Sinharaja Rainforest Reserve from nearby accommodation, enjoying a scenic drive through the countryside
- 8:00 AM – Begin guided biodiversity trek with naturalist, focusing on endemic flora, fauna, and forest ecology
- 11:00 AM – Birdwatching and exploration of hidden streams within the rainforest
- 12:30 PM – Packed picnic lunch beneath the canopy, surrounded by tropical sounds and fresh air
- 2:00 PM – Continue rainforest walk or optional mini-trail to a waterfall for photography
- 4:00 PM – Begin return journey, with optional short stops at viewpoints or local villages
- 6:00 PM – Arrival back at accommodation for rest or evening leisure
